Managing Your Injuries During Workouts

Like many others, it seems that the older I get….the more prone to injury I become. Fortunately, most injuries are minor and I am able to treat them due to a tremendous amount of clinical physical therapy experience. Many others would have the need to go to a local physical therapist.
