Like most of the muscles on the back of the body, triceps are often just an afterthought for most people. However, triceps are actually a main component to gaining strength and build in your arms, as they account for roughly 66% of the muscle mass in your arms.

Luckily, we have an awesome superset tricep home workout that will help get you on the right track towards toned, strong arms.

Triceps Workout #1

Complete a minimum 6 sets.

  1. 12 reps of Close Grip Pushups
  2. 12 reps of Tricep Rope Press Downs
  3. 12 Dips
